Oct 8 — Maps and maps...

Today we will look at everyone's maps of their book.

Then, we'll do an activity exploring books and websites...

For next week, create two distinct visual "directions" your website could take. You can sketch these with Figma and/or HTML/CSS, whatever you are most comfortable in, or both. Each direction should have at least three "pages" or "sections" templates: a home page (where people arrive when they land on your site), an interior page (what reading a specific section of your book looks like), and a third page of your choice. Each direction should take a stance both through its visuals and information architecture.

Next week, half of the class will show their work on Monday, and the other half on Wednesday... and it might be nice for people doing the same book present on the same day...
